With that being said, we proudly offer a no-hassle 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for all of our products. Returns are initiated by you, our customer. Returns and/or refunds must be done within 30 days of receiving your Brave Paws order. Date of receipt is that date our shipping company/companies report that the product was delivered to your address. Once you have notified us of your desire to return a product, we will send you return shipping information and provide you with a free shipping label. The credit card you used to pay for the order will be credited the amount of the order less any shipping fees. There is no restocking fee.
